Profits For Non-Profits is a 501 ( C ) 3 Public Charity that accepts real estate donations. We can accept commercial property, residential property, land, and a variety of special use properties. We can accept stabilized properties, as well as properties with impairments such as contamination, vacancy, or physical deterioration.

Our mission is to convert donated property into a funding resource for worthy non-profits. We work with Donors who looking to benefit a specific Non-Profit. We also work with Non-Profits who would like to accept an intended gift but are reluctant to do so because of liability or management concerns.
